A variation of clam chowder recipe. Quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams, minced
3 strips bacon
1 small onion
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cut bacon into 1/2 inch strips and fry until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Put into large tall sided saucepan.
- Saute onions with bacon until onions are soft. Add clams (undrained), potato soup, celery soup and milk.
- Stir and heat until hot. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
