| Shrimp Tempura Batter
 Ingredients: 2 cups flour 2 tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups ice cold water 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 to 3 pounds shrimp, peeled, deveined and patted dry Oil for frying
Directions: - Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add salt, egg and water; stir until flour is moistened. Batter should be slightly lumpy.
- Dip shrimp in batter. Deep fry until golden brown.
