| Shrimp Salad with Chow Mein Noodles
Ingredients: 1 cup carrots, shredded 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 cup celery, chopped 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1 cup shrimp, drained 1 can chow mein noodles Directions: - In a bowl, combine carrots, cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion and shrimp. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving add chow mein noodles and mix well.
