Shrimp Salad with Brown Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
1 1/2 cup fresh shrimp
1/2 cup celery, cut up
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Directions:
- Cook rice and when done let cool well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix. Garnish with paprika.
