| Shrimp with Garlic
 Yield: 4 servings Ingredients: 1/2 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic, finely minced 2 chilies pepper, chopped and seeded 1 pound large shrimps 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: - Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, stir in garlic and chilies peppers for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add shrimps, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes or until they turn red.
- Remove frying pan from heat, sprinkle fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer shrimps to a serving bowl. Gasnish with lemon slices.
