Pasta with Shrimps and Scallops

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:
1 package angel hair or linguini
1 pound raw shrimps
1/2 pound raw large scallops
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small onion, diced
6-8 ounces fresh mushrooms, diced
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.Heat oil in large frying pan, saute onions and mushrooms until soft. Add salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.

  2. Add can of tomatoes, parsley, oregano, and wine. Simmer 10 more minutes.

  3. Add seafood. Cook until shrimp are pink and curled and scallops are soft.

  4. Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
