Ingredients:
2 medium sized zucchini, diced
2 tablespoons olive
1 pound large shrimps, shelled and deveined
1 1/4 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning salt
1/2 tablespoon salt
Directions:
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, cook zucchini, stirring frequently until zucchini begins to brown and is tender-crisp.
- With a slotted spoon, remove zucchini to bowl. Add shrimp, lemon-pepper seasoning salt and salt. Cook stirring frequently
for about 5 minutes or until shrimps are opaque throughout.
- Return zucchini to skillet and heat through. Serve immediately.
