A creamy dip, that is served warm and it tastes very good with picante crackers, tortilla chips or raw vegetables
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sour cream
5 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoons grated horseradish
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup crabmeat
salt and freshly ground peper to taste
Directions:
- Beat sour cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add the rest of ingredients - except crabmeat - mixing well all together.
Finally gently fold in crabmeat. Transfer dip to a small oven-proof dish.
- Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
- Serve with picante crackers, tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
