Grilled Shrimp with Mustard Fruit Dip
This recipe is simply delicious: Shrimps are flavored in a marinade made with curry powder, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and lime juice. After grilled shrimps are served with a mango-mustard dip.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 pound large shrimp, shelled
MUSTARD FRUIT DIP
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup mango chutney
2 teaspoons lime juice
Directions:
- Mix together curry powder, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and lime
juice in a bowl. Stir in shrimp. Marinate for 20 minutes to one
hour. Thread shrimps onto skewers.
- Grill about 2 minutes per side or until pink. Serve piled onto a
lettuce-lined platter..
MUSTARD FRUIT DIP
- Combine mustard, mango chutney and lime juice. Serve
alongside shrimp.
