Grilled Shrimp and Sole
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 cup flour
4 large sole fillets
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 pound mushrooms,quartered
1/2 pound shrimp peeled,deveined and cut into 3 pieces
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
juice of one lemon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 150 F.
- Mix paprika and flour. Dredge fish in flour and shake
off excess.
- Heat oil and butter in large frying pan. Add fish and cook 2
minutes over medium-high heat.
- Turn fillets over, season and continue cooking 2 minutes.
- Remove fish from pan and keep hot in oven.
- Place remaining ingredients in pan and cook 3-4 minutes over
medium heat. Serve with the sole.
