Garlic Scallops
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
1 pound scallops
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add scallops and toss to coat.
- Melt butter in skillet. Add garlic and cook two minutes, stirring frequently. Add scallops; cook,
stirring, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
