Garlic Scallops

Garlic Scallops

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
1 pound scallops
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice


Directions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add scallops and toss to coat.

  2. Melt butter in skillet. Add garlic and cook two minutes, stirring frequently. Add scallops; cook,stirring, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
