Fried Crab Cakes

Fried Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
1 pound crabmeat
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup bread crumbs
pepper to taste
1/4 cup oil
1 lemon, cut into wedges for garnish

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon. Mix gently.

  2. Shape into 6 cakes.

  3. Heat oil. Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.

  4. Serve the crab cakes with lemon wedges.
