This mussel recipe is easy to prepare but still delicious. Garlic, olive oil and wine are the main ingredients
Ingredients:
2 pounds mussels
4 large cloves garlic, chopped
2 tabelspoons olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Wash and clean mussels.
- In a large sauce pan, heat olive oil. Saute garlic until brown. Add wine and mussels. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer covered until mussels open up. Discard any unopened mussels. Do not drain.
- Serve with Italian bread.
