This shrimp recipe is to be served with rice
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons mustard (any kind)
20 medium shrimps, shelled and deveined
3 mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup wine (chablis or sherry)
1/4 cup cream
Pinch of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Saute shrimp with mushrooms, dill and garlic until shrimp is done on one side. Turn the shrimp over, add wine and mustard. Cook 3 minutes.
- Add cream and cook for 2 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
