Crab Imperial

Crab Imperial

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 pound backfin crabmeat
1/4 green pepper, diced
2 tablespoons diced pimiento
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Dash of red pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend crabmeat and other ingredients. Heap lightly in four baking shells or crabshells.

  2. Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
