Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
1 pound backfin crabmeat
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup cracker meal
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes.
- Sautee cakes in butter until browned on each side. Serve hot.
