Clam and Corn
Chowder
Ingredients: 2 cans chopped clams
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1/4 tablespoon liquid hot pepper seasoning
1 can cream style corn
8 slices bacon, cooked, crisp and crumbled
Directions:
- In a pot, melt butter and saute onion. Add remaining ingredients.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with bread.
