Clam and Corn Chowder
Ingredients:
1 small onion, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 can minced clams (6 1/2 oz)
1 can cream-style corn (17 oz)
1 can milk (17 oz)
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
- Saute onion in butter until soft. Do not discolor.
- Combine other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
