Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, uncooked, shelled and deveined
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1 chopped honey
1 chopped soy sauce
Pinch cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Combine olive oil, cajun seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, honey, soy sauce, pepper in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Add shrimp
and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake for about 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked (stir occasionally)
- Taste with salt and serve.
