| Broiled Sea Scallops
Yield: 4 servings Ingredients: 1/2 cup dry vermouth 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 small clove garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 pound sea scallops Buttered bread crumbs
Directions: - Mix vermouth, oil, garlic and parsley in a bowl. Add scallops. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Spoon scallops and marinade into ramekins (individual dishes used for both baking and serving). Place under broiler and broil for 3 minutes.
- Turn and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Broil for 3 minutes more.
