| Broiled Fish Fillets
Yield: 4 Servings Ingredients: 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 garlic clove, crushed 4 (6-8 ounces each) white fish fillets 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
Directions: - Combine the first 6 ingredients, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once.
- Remove fish from marinade (reserve marinade) and broil fish 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
