| Baked ScallopsSea Scallops are rolled in a crumb and egg mixture, then baked. A baked scallops recipe easy to prepare and delicious. Yield: 6 Servings Ingredients: 1 1/2 pound sea scallops, cut in half 1/2 tablespoon salt 1/2 tablespoon pepper 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper (optional) 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 2 tablespoons milk 1/2 cup margarine, melted
Directions: - Mix dry ingredients together. Beat egg and milk together.
- Dip scallops in crumb mixture, egg mixture, and again in crumbs.
- Place dipped scallops in roasting pan and drizzle melted margarine over all.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
