Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Scallops are wrapped in bacon and baked - an easy and tasty appetizer recipe.
Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound sea scallops
1/2 pound sliced bacon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Rinse scallops in cold water.
- Cut bacon in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each
scallop. Secure bacon together with a toothpick.
- Place on a baking sheet. Bake until your bacon is brown and crispy.
